Kardinal Offishall’s “The Invention of Truth” Mini-Movie

 
As a kick off for his upcoming album “AMTRIM” (Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself) with producer Nottz, Kardinal Offishall commissioned a short film around his single “The Invention of Truth.” The short film, around 14min long, is centered around a group of hustlers with a volatile leader named Jakobi the Farmer. It co-stars frequent Kardinal collaborators The Kid Daytona, Akon’s DJ Benny Demus, and Rep JA‘s Omar and Prince—and the Vineyard Caribbean Restaurant in Brampton, Ontario. If you have a few minutes of free time this video is definitely worth a view, it’s a great companion for his single and should be a great lead into the release of his album.
